Disney+’s Preview Trailer Confirms WandaVision Will Premiere In 2020

Marvel’s lineup of content for 2020 has taken quite a hit following the global health crisis that has forced the studio to shift its series of shows for Phase 4 such as The Falcon and the Winter Soldier to a later date.

However, it seems that aside from the second season of The Mandalorian, there is one more highly-anticipated Disney+ series will still be premiering before the end of 2020: WandaVision.

The news was confirmed by Disney+ on its official Twitter as well as in its preview trailer for 2020.

The series was originally supposed to be released in December, following the release of Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan’s TV series in August. However, production delays due to COVID-19 resulted in the show getting bumped back and now it seems WandaVision will be premiering before it.

Though a definite release date has yet to be given, at least now we know for sure that WandaVision will still be releasing in 2020. A small beacon of light for Marvel fans to look forward to amidst these dark times.

The show will see Elizabeth Olsen reprising her role as Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch, alongside Paul Bettany as Vision. It has also been confirmed that William and Thomas, the couple’s twin children from the comics will also be appearing in the TV series.

With WandaVision confirmed to be released in 2020, we should expect a full-length trailer giving us a better look at what to expect from the show sometime soon.
