Dante, Chun Li, And Many More Joins Capcom’s New Battle Card Game Teppen

Gungho Online Entertainment, the developer behind the popular puzzle game Puzzle & Dragon has just released a new mobile game in collaboration with Capcom, a card battle game featuring characters from Capcom – Teppen

Teppen has players fighting against their opponents in real time, “featuring dynamic action with over-the-top attacks blowing up your screen.” The game draws characters from Capcom’s wide variety of games and brings them all together in one card game. Players will be able to collect cards with characters from Devil May Cry, Monster Hunter, Resident Evil, and Street Fighter.

Other characters from various other Capcom series will be added in time, according to the developers. The cards collected can then be used to build decks, with a singular card acting as the deck’s avatar.

According to the developers, Teppen will have various game modes for players to enjoy such as Solo Play, Ranked Matches, and a Grand Prix.

As mentioned, in the game players will get to battle against others in real time, using abilities known as Hero Arts to take down their opponents and gain control of the battlefield. If players are unable to prevent an attack from a card, then their Avatar takes damage. Players will also be able to take advantage of a feature called Active Response to keep their opponents on their toes.

The mobile game is slowly rolling out worldwide and will be available for download on iOS via the App Store and Android via the Google Play Store.
