Santen Pharmaceutical is back once again with another Neon Genesis Evangelion collaboration, titled The New Humanity Awakening Project. Which as the name of the project puts it, hopes to awaken humanity through the help of their Sante FX eye drops.
The Japanese pharmaceutical company first collaborated with the Evangelion series eight years ago for their Sante FX line of medicated eye drops, where promotions were held in Japan featuring the main characters of the anime series.
This time, Santen Pharmaceutical’s new line of products will also feature designs based on the anime’s main characters — Shinji Ikari, Ayanami Rei, Asuka Langley Soryu, and Kaworu Nagisa. The collab even has an advert voiced by none other than Kotono Mitsuishi, aka Misato Katsuragi.
The Evangelion eye drops are already available in drug stores and convenience stores around Japan.
Other Evangelion collabs announced include wireless earbuds, an Oppo phone, a guitar, Funko Pops, Tamagotchi devices, and even razor blades.
