Prowler Revealed As Antagonist For Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales

With Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales quickly reaching its release date on 12 November, it is only to be expected that more details of the game are being revealed to us.

In a recent tweet, Marvel Entertainment released its final Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales variant cover which will appear on Amazing Spider-Man #55 which features Miles taking on the villain Prowler. Not long after, Insomniac Games quote-retweeted it, with the captions “Well it seems Spider-Man the Cat is out of the bag.”

This all but confirms that the Prowler will be appearing in Miles Morales, though his outfit seems a lot more militaristic and much less purple than his previous appearances in comics and even 2018’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse.

Of course this isn’t solid confirmation that the Prowler will definitely be in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales. But considering how the cover was illustrated by none other than the game’s creative director Brian Horton, and with Insomniac Games themselves retweeting the post by Marvel Entertainment, we have to say the odds of it happening are fairly high.

Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales will be swinging his way to the Playstation 4 and PlayStation 5 on 12 November 2020.
