The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S20 and, by extension, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip, truly marked the turn of the decade. The latest iteration of the Korean company’s flagship smartphone looked familiar, yet came with a bunch of new upgrades that would no doubt make one squeal with excitement.
Its various models come with a brand-spanking-new AMOLED Infinity-O curved display, which boasts a silky-smooth 120Hz refresh rate for some superb visuals. The new Exynos 990 chip coupled with up to 12GB of RAM is certainly nothing to scoff at either, and with a battery of up to 5,000mAh, the Galaxy S20 and its variants have certainly set the already high bar for top-tier smartphones even higher.
But of course, one can’t forget just how versatile the new S20 series is with its new cameras. Most notably, the main camera comes in two variants: 64 megapixels on the S20 and S20+, and a whopping 108 megapixels on the S20 Ultra. Regardless of the model you choose in the end, you’ll be greeted with images that can be pinch-zoomed quite a hefty bit without skimping on details. The S20 Ultra, in particular, comes with a shiny new 100x digital zoom, which allows for some really great (if not perfect) long-distance shots.
But we shan’t tease you any longer, The Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+ and S20 Ultra all launch in Singapore on 6 March 2020. Marion has a serious RPG addiction. Sometimes it bleeds into real life; he forgets to sleep because he thinks he has a Witcher’s body clock. Forgive him in advance if he suddenly blurts out terms such as “Mind Flayer” and “Magic Missile”, because never once does he stop thinking about his next Dungeons & Dragons game.
