The Wizarding World calls again with a new free-to-play, collectible card role-playing game. Harry Potter: Magic Awakened is set to launch globally on 27 June.
Developed by both Warner Bros. Games and NetEase Games, Harry Potter: Magic Awakened will be the latest in Portkey Games’ line-up, after Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions.
As a player, you’ll unravel the mysteries and experience the thrills of a true Hogwarts student. This includes being sorted into a House, taking classes featuring new and familiar professors, dancing with a friend at the Social Club, and even exploring the Forbidden Forest.
Be prepared to duel with others, casting spells in the form of cards to emerge victorious. It is not as simple as it sounds, with players having to devise unique strategies and form winning combinations– learning what to cast and when– in increasingly challenging trials.
Pre-registration for the game has already begun on the game’s website, with exciting rewards awaiting those who do.
The website also allows you to get a closer look at Harry Potter: Magic Awakened ‘s characters and gorgeous visuals. Two events are available for those interested in wand testing and seeing their Hogwarts acceptance letter fly all the way from the Headmistress’s office.
