Dream Big With Pokémon Sleep App And Pokémon GO Plus + Device

The highly-anticipated Pokémon GO Plus + device is set to launch on 14 July 2023, offering a groundbreaking blend of gameplay and sleep tracking. Confusing name aside, the device uses advanced Bluetooth Low Energy technology that allows it to seamlessly connect with smartphone apps. While its primary feature lies in sleep tracking, Pokémon GO Plus + can also be paired with Pokémon GO, just like its predecessors Pokémon GO Plus and Poké Ball Plus.

Deep inside the Pokémon GO Plus + device lives a charming Pikachu sporting a nightcap, waiting to assist players in the world of Pokémon Sleep. Players are limited to one nightcap-wearing Pikachu per Pokémon GO Plus + device. Pokémon Sleep typically allows you to assemble a team of five Pokémon helpers. However, the nightcap Pikachu can become an honorary sixth member, offering unique capabilities unlike any other helper Pokémon you encounter.

Pokémon Sleep‘s core gameplay is beautifully simple: place your smart device next to your pillow and drift off to sleep. This transforms waking up in the morning into an exciting experience.

Pre-registration for Pokémon Sleep begins on 6 July 2023, on both the App Store and Google Play Store. Additionally, the official YouTube channel has released a captivating video introducing this new app.

Embark on a captivating adventure across a cluster of enchanting islands, where a massive Snorlax resides alongside Professor Neroli. Together, players will delve into the realm of Pokémon slumber, discovering diverse sleep styles and encountering an expanding array of Pokémon as the Snorlax grows in size.

In the game, your sleep duration determines your “sleep score.” Achieving a minimum of 8.5 hours rewards you with a perfect 100 points. The longer you sleep, the more powerful Snorlax’s Drowsy Power becomes. This attracts a greater number of Pokémon and offers greater opportunities for befriending them.

Evaluating sleep consistency, which encompasses your sleeping habits, occurs throughout a week-long sleep-tracking period starting every Monday in Pokémon Sleep. The app features a helpful “bedtime” function that guides players toward developing consistent sleep patterns by setting a target bedtime. Achieving the bedtime target rewards you with stamps on a special card, unlocking exciting rewards along the way.

The expertise of renowned sleep researcher Dr Masashi Yanagisawa, the CEO of S’UIMIN Inc., has been instrumental throughout the development of this interesting game, where he supervised the incorporation of sleep-related knowledge into this groundbreaking experience.
