Yoghurt lovers across Singapore were shocked and saddened when popular Spanish frozen yoghurt chain llaollao suddenly closed down all 29 outlets in December last year, and got replaced by competing brand Yole.
But fret not froyo lovers as just 6 months later, llaollao is back, and serving up its Instagram-worthy range of frozen yoghurts once again, this time at Changi Airport Terminal 2.
llaollao returns not only with its delectable yoghurt, but also some additions – a brand-new nutty pistachio sauce, and takeaway containers!
These adorable apple-shaped containers (S$22.90) comprise of two tiers, a compartmentalised one to carry three toppings, and a big tub that holds the frozen yoghurt.
These takeaway containers let you bring llaollao home to enjoy, even for days to come if kept well in the freezer. The three toppings are up to you to choose, but it’s recommended to get one fruit, one crunch, and one sauce for the best take-home froyo. Bring the container back, and you get $1 off your next purchase.
Located at the departure hall of Changi Airport Terminal 2 next to Krispy Kreme and the all-new TP Tea, yoghurt and bubble tea make for a great snack as you kill time before your flight!
Look forward to llaollao returning to prominence in Singapore, starting with a second outlet opening at Tampines 1 by the end of the month and more outlets to come.
