Two Arrowverse Series, Batwoman And DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow, Have Been Cancelled

That’s a wrap for two of The CW’s Arrowverse shows, Batwoman and Legends Of Tomorrow.

Batwoman ended after three seasons, with showrunner Caroline Dries tweeting about the show’s demise, “Just got the sad news that Batwoman will not be seeing an S4. I am bummed, but full of gratitude.”

Likewise, Legends of Tomorrow showrunner Keto Shimizu tweeted about his show’s end, “It’s been an incredible run. However, the CW has let us know that there will be no season 8 of Legends Of Tomorrow.”

That leaves The Flash and Superman & Lois as the two remaining The CW’s Arrowverse series with a new season in development, with a ninth and third season respectively. Meanwhile, a new series for the Arrowverse, Justice U is reported to be in the works. The CW itself was also in the news recently with the network being put up for sale.
