I love it when a van comes together. Literally.
DirkPV’s reconstruction of the iconic van from The A-Team is currently garnering support on Lego Ideas for it to be officially produced.
The black and red GMC van is immediately recognisable to fans of the 80’s TV series, and perhaps even newer fans who have watched the movie.
The build is extremely detailed, with minute details like a sliding van door and, steering and control panels.
Given that 2018 is the 35th anniversary of the TV series, it could be a good time for an official play-set to be released. We can finally get some mini-figures of the iconic characters: Hannibal, Face, Murdock and BA Baracus.
The project is starting to gain some traction, but it is still a long way from the 10,000 supporters that it requires to be officially approved.
