There Are 10 Versions Of Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War, Choose Wisely

Activision has announced that the newest addition to its Call of Duty franchise will be titled Black Ops – Cold War and will be a cross-gen title that will be made available on both the current PS4 and Xbox One consoles as well as the next-gen PS5 and Xbox Series X, as well as the PC.

However, unlike most other games that offer free upgrades from the current consoles to the next-gen ones, the next-gen console upgrades for Black Ops – Cold War will be locked behind a US$10 paywall, with both current and next-gen consoles getting their own versions of the game.

This means that there are effectively 10 versions of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War that you can consider buying, and to make sure you don’t get too confused when deciding which version to get, here’s a handy table to help you out.

So you are better off paying US$70 upfront for the Physical Standard Xbox Series X Edition, which can be played on both the Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
