Chris Hemsworth is bulking up for his portrayal of WWE legend Hulk Hogan. Produced for Netflix, the biopic will focus on Hogan’s rise in the world of wrestling and the beginnings of Hulkamania.
At his prime, the wrestler was 2 metres tall and weighed up to 136kg. Though The Australian actor is nowhere close in size to the WWE legend, the two do share a bit of a resemblance after a couple of gains.
Seeing photo comparisons, the wrestler took to Twitter to make a cheeky comment: “He’s already there! He’s ready BROTHER!!! But is he good looking enough to play me lol,lol,lol. HH”.
The biopic will see Hogan himself as a consultant for the film. He will also executive produce alongside Hemsworth, Todd Phillips and Bradley Cooper.
