In just a week, we’ll get to witness the latest and greatest to come out of EA’s yearly games showcase — EA Play. EA Play 2019 will be from June 8 – 9, with a livestream happening on June 8 on YouTube and the EA Twitch channel.
The three-hour livestream will feature updates on some of EA’s heavily-anticipated titles, such as Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, as well as updates to their most popular games, such as Battlefield V and Apex Legends.
Here’s a lowdown on the lineup, as well as their timings (complete with conversions to Singapore time):
Event | Host(s) | Time (June 8 PT) | Time (June 9 GMT +8/SGT) |
Countdown to EA Play | – | 9.15 a.m | 12.15 a.m |
Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order | Greg Miller & Andrea Rene | 9.30 a.m | 12.30 a.m |
Apex Legends | Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez | 10 a.m | 1 a.m |
Battlefield V | Julia Hardy & Adam Freeman | 10.30 a.m | 1.30 a.m |
EA Sports FIFA 20 | Alex “Goldenboy” Mendez | 11 a.m | 2 a.m |
EA Sports Madden NFL 20 | Adam Rank | 11.30 a.m | 2.30 a.m |
The Sims 4 | Andrea Rene | 12 p.m | 3 a.m |
Quite the sizeable lineup, considering EA’s notable absence from E3 2019, which happens just a day after EA Play. In any case, more new games is always a good thing, regardless of the platform in which they are revealed at.

Forgive him in advance if he suddenly blurts out terms such as “Mind Flayer” and “Magic Missile”, because never once does he stop thinking about his next Dungeons & Dragons game.
