Following recent impressive showings by Avengers: Infinity War and Deadpool 2, Marvel is well geared-up for another dominating performance at the box office with the upcoming Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and the Wasp, featuring the small yet trusty Ant-Man (played by Paul Rudd), and MCU’s first female superhero lead Wasp (Evangeline Lilly).
A quirky yet not unexpected duo, the movie will see them donning their suits once again, as they go about their usual business – team up, defeat baddies, and save the day.
A brief synopsis of the movie reads:
Scott Lang is grappling with the consequences of his choice as a both superhero and a father. Approached by Hope van Dyne and Dr Hank Pym, Lang must once again don the Ant-Man suit and fight alongside the Wasp. The urgent soon leads to secret revelations from the past as the dynamic duo finds itself in an epic battle against a powerful new enemy.
Marvel Studios’ Ant-Man and the Wasp is in cinemas 4 July.
