While originally slated as a ticketed event, EnBlock 2020 had to transition to a free exhibit due to COVID-19. To make matters worse, with increased social distancing measures it really isn’t advisable to be out and about at all.
If you’re bored staying at home, the organizer of EnBlock has taken a virtual tour of their displayed works which can be seen at Funan right now. Ready for some epic dioramas? –
As well as various works from a local artist and toy photographer –
Vehicles galore!
All things Chinese!
And finally, all things Disney!
All things considered, EnBlock 2020 is a massive effort on the part of the organizers and builders. Not only was it be a massive undertaking to put the sets together but also to design and transport them from end to end.
It’s a pity we might not be able to see all the displays in real life in 2020 but the event will definitely be back in 2021. So for now, stay safe and enjoy the works from the comfort (and safety) of your home.
