Singapore’s Very Own LEGO Convention, EnBlock 2020 Returns This April, Bigger & Better!

Now in its second year running, Singapore’s very own annual LEGO convention, EnBlock 2020 is back. Organised by the Bricks User Group Singapore and My Little Brick Shop, the event will showcase LEGO creations by builders from across 4 countries in the region.

Just like the 2019 edition, attendees can look forward to large scale cities, castle dioramas and mecha displays. Take photos with an EnBlock staple, 1:1 scale sculptures of yesteryear Singapore. Over the years, the organiser has showcased an old school sewing machine, dessert stall, kopitiam stall, peranakan kitchen, mahjong table, and even a void deck chess table. Which makes us wonder what this year will bring.

More than just an exhibition, it’s a gathering of LEGO fans in Singapore to showcase, mingle and learn from each other. Various other activities include hourly games, minifigure hunt, daily lucky draws, bazaars, workshops, artistic minifigure sketches and auctions of retired sets starting at retail prices or lower.

If any LEGO fans would like to display their creations at EnBlock 2020, simply email the organiser at [email protected] with your NAME, CREATION NAME, ESTIMATED MODEL SIZE and any PHOTOS or W.I.P. PHOTOS of your models before 15 February 2020.

Builders DO NOT have to pay for entry tickets or any fees for displaying their works. All builders will also receive a free swag bag comprising of:

• a customized fig
• a 1×8 commemorative event brick
• a 2×4 handcrafted engraved wooden brick
• a collectible LEGO crew T-shirt
• a S$20 voucher from The Brick Shop LCS (with min. spend of S$100)

Tickets will also be available for sale at the event entrance on both days. Tickets are going at S$6 per person. Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
