Disney has just unveiled a new white costume for Black Widow at D23 Expo 2019. The costume will be worn by agent Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) in her upcoming movie.
Ever since her on-screen debut in 2010’s Iron Man 2, fans have been clamouring for Black Widow to have her own movie in the MCU. Now, a decade later, it’s finally happening.
The movie will be directed by Cate Shortland, with a script by Jac Schaeffer. Aside from Johansson, the movie will also be star Florence Pugh, David Harbour, and Rachel Weisz.
And the femme fatale’s newest costume was released at the Marvel Studios booth on the show floor of D23. From the looks of it, this new costume appears to be an all-white spin on Romanoff’s usual black costume, complete with black holsters, belt, and wrist gauntlets.

It is not sure how much Johansson will be wearing the suit in the movie, though it did make an appearance in the D23 exclusive footage for Black Widow, where she was seen fighting against Yelena Belova in that exact white suit.
Seeing as how Natasha Romanoff constantly wore the same few outfits in the movie, it is great to know that she will be sporting more than one look in her very own movie.
Black Widow is expected to hit theatres May 1, 2020.
