Following the announcement of the release date for Zack Snyder‘s upcoming Netflix exclusive flick, the promised teaser has finally dropped.
A direct sequel to Dawn of the Dead, the one-minute teaser for Army of the Dead gives us a glimpse at the post-zombie-apocalyptic world of Las Vegas, the mercenary group and a whole lot of zombies. The movie looks like it’s gearing up for a whole lot of action-packed scenes sprinkled with some humour.
Army of the Dead will be about a group of mercenaries who plan to perform the greatest heist on a Las Vegas casino during the zombie outbreak. Which begs the question if they succeed, what are they going to spend all those money on?
Well, Snyder himself tweeted the teaser saying “What happens in Vegas, must stay Vegas”.
So we guess we’ll never know unless we watch the movie ourselves.
Army of the Dead features an international cast including Dave Bautista, Ella Purnell, Omari Hardwick, Ana De La Reguera, Theor Rossi, Matthias Schweighöfer, Hiroyuki Sanada, and Garret Dillahunt.
Army of the Dead will release on Netflix 21 May 20201.
