It’s been quite some time, but the waiting game for the Uniqlo Final Fantasy 35th Anniversary UT collection is finally over. More than a month after hitting shelves elsewhere, it’ll finally be available to fans in Singapore starting 11 July, with the designs spanning all 16 titles from the franchise, including the upcoming Final Fantasy XVI.
The themed line-up was previously launched in selected countries on 16 May, and marks the clothing brand’s first UT collaboration with Final Fantasy. It includes key scenes, unique characters, and memorable episodes, as well as pixel art designs from the earlier titles. Each t-shirt will retail for S$19.90, with select designs available at all outlets.
The full collection may be found online or at the Uniqlo Orchard Central Flagship store, both of which also offer a special purchase deal. Customers purchasing two or more items in a single transaction from this line-up are eligible to receive one deck of Final Fantasy 35th Anniversary playing cards, which features selected graphics from the 16 titles, while stocks last.
The Uniqlo x Final Fantasy UT release may be a little later than the rest of the world, but hey, better late than never. It’s also a great chance for you to show off your love for the series in style, so perhaps you’d like to take a leaf out of Thai cosplayer Thames Malerose’s book and turn up in Cloud Strife cosplay while buying the shirts in person? That’d be a pretty neat sight.
