‘Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem’ Cast Revealed, With Jackie Chan & John Cena

Booyakasha! The cast of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem has been announced – and boy, it’s one star-studded lineup.

Set to play our shelled superheroes Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello and Raphael are Nicolas Cantu, Shaman Brown Jr., Micah Abbey and Brady Noon respetively. Action star Jackie Chan will lend his voice to the Turtles’ rodent sensei Splinter and Ayo Edebiri will voice April O’Neil, the group’s best friend and ally.

Of course, no superhero show is complete without a villain. Seth Rogen, who acts as producer, has taken it upon himself to voice the antagonist Shredder whilst John Cena will voice the villain’s henchmen, Bebop and Rocksteady.

Other allies and enemies in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem include Ant-Man‘s Paul Rudd as Mondo Gecko, Maya Rudolph as Cynthia Utrom and Rose Byrne as Leatherhead. Rappers Post Malone and Ice Cube are Ray Fillet and a brand new character named Superfly respectively.

The new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film is an original story following the Ninja Turtles as they protect the sewers and streets of New York City. After years of being sheltered from the human world, the brothers set out to win the heart of New Yorkers through heroic acts. Together with their new friend April, the team aims to take down a mysterious crime syndicate only to find themselves going up against an army of mutants.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is directed by Jeff Rowe and is Nickelodeon’s first-ever CG-animated theatrical production. The movie releases on 31 August.
