Self-test COVID-19 Kits Are Now Sold On Lazada (With Home Delivery If You Went KTV Recently)

Thanks to the careless disregard of measures by several KTV and their patrons, recent COVID-19 cases have spiked and a new cluster was formed.

Now if you’re worried about heading out during this period to get yourself a COVID-19 self-test kit, or perhaps, are among the few that have gone to the KTVs, fret not: Abbott and QuickVue have launched their COVID-19 self-test kits on Lazada, with home delivery provided.

Abbott’s Panbio COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test and QuickVue’s At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test are essentially nasal swab procedures you can do yourself at the comfort of your home. The test kit will be able to provide you with the results within 15 minutes and is two of the four kits that have received authorisation from the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) to be sold to the public.

The test kit for the Panbio COVID-19 Antigen Self Test will include instructions, a test device, a tube, a blue cap, a buffer bottle, a swab, a disposable bag, and a tube rack, and allows for one-time use.

The Panbio COVID-19 Antigen Self-Test Kit is available as a single kit, packs of 10, and packs of 20 for S$13, S$100.50, and S$202 on Lazda respectively.

The test if for QuickVue’s At-Home OTC COVID-19 Test kit will include instructions, swabs, test strips, pre-filled tubes, tube holder, and fact sheets.

These self-test kits are great if you prefer to stay in or have been quarantined recently because of your singing hobbies. For those who have made multiple visits, or want to do a group buy with the buddies, you’re covered, because the test comes in packs of 10 and 20 as well.

The QuickVue At-Home OTC Test is available as a kit of two units for S$21.65.
