PlayStation 5 Amazon Store Page Finally Up, Expect Pre-Orders To Begin

It’s been a month since the full reveal of the PlayStation 5. Since then, all eyes have been on Sony (and possibly other parts of the Internet because, you know, leaks) to reveal the price for the main console and the Digital Edition, as well as pre-order details before its Holiday 2020 launch.

Recently, the Amazon US store page for the PS5 went live, suggesting that pre-orders could be made available soon. However, no price has yet been revealed, though we imagine it might not be long left until Sony finally bares those juicy numbers.

Scrolling down, it looks as though the full range of accessories for the PlayStation 5 might go up on pre-order at the same time as well, including the DualSense controller, charging station, Pulse 3D wireless headset, media remote, and HD camera. Again, no prices for these items have yet been announced.

Additionally, the full slate of games that were unveiled at the reveal event in June are also included in the store page, including Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart, and Horizon Forbidden West. However, there isn’t any box art for these games yet, though the official PlayStation blog did reveal just what they could look like earlier this month.

Also, it looks as though Sony did keep its marketing material in check, as there doesn’t seem to be any new details, such as unnamed games or even a different console colour, were leaked accidentally on the store page.

In any case, the era of the PlayStation 5 is coming together very soon. All we need to know now is the price. Any time now, Sony.
