‘Knuckles’ Series Drops First Trailer

We’ve finally gotten an update on the Sonic The Hedgehog spinoff Paramount+ series featuring Knuckles, which now has a debut trailer. Knuckles will also make an appearance at the Super Bowl, as teased by Paramount and Sega.

The six-episode series is set between Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and Sonic The Hedgehog 3, and will follow Knuckles (Idris Elba) and human protégé Wade (Adam Pally) on an action-packed adventure, but the series’ antagonists set in motion a plot to steal Knuckles’ power for themselves.

Without Sonic and his friends, Knuckles goes on a quest of self-discovery, fighting his way through bowling alleys, busy streets, and even interrupting an ESPN bowling tournament. Wade and Knuckles have developed a reluctantly heartwarming bond, though with the odds stacked against them, the duo’s friendship might be put to the test.

Knuckles will be available to stream on Paramount+ on 26 April 2024.
