Keanu Reeves’ BRZRKR Comic Coming To Netflix As Live-Action Movie And Anime

Is there anything Keanu Reeves can’t do? From The Matrix‘s Neo, John Wick’s well, John Wick and Cyberpunk 2077‘s Johnny Silverhand, Reeves is on his way to becoming a triple threat. Reeves will soon be starring, producing and voicing in Netflix’s adaptation of his comic, BRZRKR.

Netflix recently announced that the streaming service will be adapting the 56-year old stud’s BRZRKR comics into a live-action movie and an anime.

Reeves is set to voice, star and produce the Netflix projects. It’s looking like Keanu, on Keanu, on Keanu and fans of the star are excited to see how it will play out. The live-action movie is likely to bring the BRZRKR universe to life and the anime is expected to expand on the story by exploring different story elements as well as the comic’s universe.

Based on an original idea by Reeves, BRZRKR is a brutally epic saga about an immortal warrior’s 80,000 year fight through the ages. The man known only as “B” is half-mortal and half-god, who is cursed and compelled to violence even at the sacrifice of his sanity. After wandering the earth for centuries, B may have finally found a refuge – working for the U.S. government to fight the battles too violent and too dangerous for anyone else. In exchange, B will be granted the one thing he desires – the truth about his endless blood-soaked existene and how to end it.

BRZRKR is co-written by the John Wick star and famed comic book writer Matt Kindt and is illustrated by Marvel artist Ron Garney. The first issue of the 12-issue limited series launched on 3 March and has already sold over 615,000.

Seriously, what is something that Reeves can’t do?
