The advent of what might just be the new king of digital streaming is nigh upon us, with Disney+ set to take the world by storm on November 12, 2019.
Just after the D23 Expo 2019, which saw the announcement of a slew of tantalising new TV series from Disney, Marvel and Star Wars for many doe-eyed fans, Disney opened the floodgates for would-be subscribers to begin pre-ordering their subscriptions in an exclusive three-year deal so they can begin gorging themselves on the Disney+ content the second it launches.
A typical three-year subscription for Disney+ is about US$210 (about US$70 a year, and US$7 a month for a regular monthly subscription). The abovementioned deal comprises cuts that down by a third to approximately US$140 — that’s US$47 a year, and US$3.92 a month!
This mouth-watering deal runs from now until September 2 (US time), exclusive currently only to D23 Gold, Gold family and General members in the US (signup is available in the same page as well). If you’re outside the US and are willing to go the extra mile to get it, then consider this as well.
Marion has a serious RPG addiction. Sometimes it bleeds into real life; he forgets to sleep because he thinks he has a Witcher’s body clock. Forgive him in advance if he suddenly blurts out terms such as “Mind Flayer” and “Magic Missile”, because never once does he stop thinking about his next Dungeons & Dragons game.
