‘Hollow Knight: Silksong’ Xbox Store Page Goes Up On April Fools But Is Real

Among the April Fools jokes this year, and we’ve seen some hilarious ones from Elden Ring’s literal font expansion to the fictional Pokémon Sleep World Championship Tournament, there’s one that stands out, and not for comedic reasons. Hollow Knight: Silksong’s Xbox store page coincidentally went up on April Fools, and Xbox confirmed its authenticity on X/Twitter a few hours later.

The listing was accompanied by the game’s ESRB rating of E-10, like the original game, and while listings for the game have been up on Steam and other platforms, the presence of a rating indicates the game is closer to completion. Hollow Knight: Silksong has been in development since 2019, and it seems like fans will not have to wait much longer.
