The untitled Cassian Andor-centric Rogue One Disney+ series is slowly coming together as more actors are joining titular star Diego Luna and K2SO’s Alan Tudyk in pre-production. Most recently, Genevieve O’Reilly and Denise Gough will be appearing on the show to some degree, according to the official Star Wars website.
Though it is not yet known what Gough’s role will be yet, fans of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt will remember her as the voice of Yennefer. O’Reilly, on the other hand, will be reprising her role as Mon Mothma, the Imperial politician who went rogue in Rogue One to aid the Rebels. How big of a character she will be in the Cassian Andor series remains to be seen.
O’Reilly and Gough will join the likes of Stellan Skarsgård and Kyle Soller, the roles of both have yet to be revealed as well.
The Rogue One spinoff was initially scheduled to begin filming this year, but given the current situation, Disney might announce a delay in filming, though it hasn’t done so just yet.
