It looks like Cyberpunk 2077 is the next major game release to get delayed, from its original April release window to a new launch date of September 17th. This follows just 3 days after Square Enix announced the delay for Final Fantasy VII Remake and Marvel’s Avengers.

According to the developer, they need the “precious months” to make the game “perfect”.
Based on their track record of games, we’re confident the game will indeed have what it takes to be the crowning achievement of this generation. It’s just a pity we have to wait another 5 extra months before we can take in Keanu’s breathtaking appearance as Johnny Silverhand.
