Create Your Own LEGO Design And Wear It With LEGO And Levi’s Wearable Art Collaboration

LEGO is on a streak. On top of their collaboration with IKEA and Adidas, the toy company is now collaborating with Levi’s to create wearable clothing. Yeah, let that sink in.

Whilst stepping on LEGO bricks is something we wouldn’t wish on anyone due to how excruciatingly painful it is, LEGO and Levi’s wants us to explore our creativity by wearing the bricks on our bodies. Don’t worry, steps have been taken to ensure that it won’t be a painful experience.

Exclusive to the collection, the collaboration features the first-ever flexible LEGO baseplate made out of silicon. Sewn directly onto Levi’s Trucker Jacket, Dad Crop Trucker Jacket, 501 straight jeans, hoodies and crewneck sweatshirts, the baseplates will be available as a customisable patch where fans can create their own design using LEGO DOTS. The wearable art collection will also feature a range of non-clothing products and accessories like hats and pouches.

The collaboration aims to celebrate self-expression, creativity and nostalgia – something that gels very well between the innovative Danish toy company and iconic American denim brand. That said, LEGO is definitely changing user experience brick by brick as they move towards fashion collaborations.

The line will be available starting 1 October 2020 on LEGO’s website, Levi’s website and in select Levi’s stores.
