Peacock has released the official trailer for The Continental: From The World of John Wick. As expected, the prequel series to the John Wick movies is packed with action, motivated by vengeance and revenge – but that’s not all fans can look forward to.
For starters, The Continental introduces a young Wilson Scott played by Colin Woodell in 1970s New York. Set against the city’s dark and dirty streets, a young Wilson sets out for power, vengeance and justice as he seeks control of the hotel. Opposite Woodell is Mel Gibson as the ruthless kingpin Cormac.
Also checking in to the three-part miniseries is Ayomide Adegun, Peter Greene, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Jessica Allain, Mishel Prada and Nhung Kate.
The Continental is developed and executive produced by Greg Coolidge, Kirk Ward and Shawn Simmons. The trio also serve as writers alongside Ken Kristensen.
The Continental: From The World of John Wick premieres on Peacock on 22 September. Part 2 and Part 3 drops on 29 September and 6 October respectively.
