Cowabunga! The 80s are making a comeback in a massive way, and the latest to join the fray are the ever-popular turtles in a half-shell making their big screen return once again on 31 August in Singapore! And in early celebration of the movie’s premiere, UIP Singapore and Geek Culture are teaming up to give away 60 pairs of tickets to a special early screening on 26 August (Saturday), 2pm at GV VivoCity.

After years of being sheltered from the human world, the Turtle brothers – Leonardo, Raphael, Michaelangelo and Donatello – set out to win the hearts of New Yorkers and be accepted as normal teenagers through heroic acts. Their new friend April O’Neil helps them take on a mysterious crime syndicate, but they soon get in over their heads when an army of mutants is unleashed upon them.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem is the latest reboot series spawned from comic book artists Kevin Eastman and Peter Laird 1984’s comic book creation, which has since transformed into a massive multimedia franchise spanning several cartoon shows, comics, toylines and video games. Directed by Jeff Rowe from a screenplay he co-wrote with Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg, Dan Hernandez, and Benji Samit, this is the 7th theatrical Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles film and a reboot of the franchise.

The film stars the voices of Nicolas Cantu (Leonardo), Sharon Brown Jr. (Mikey), Micah Abbey (Donnie), Brady Noon (Raph), Jackie Chan (Splinter), Ayo Edebiri (April), Ice Cube (Superfly), Seth Rogen (Bebop), John Cena (Rocksteady), Paul Rudd (Mondo Gecko), Rose Byrne (Leatherhead), Post Malone (Ray Fillet), Hannibal Buress (Genghis Frog), Natasia Demetriou (Wing Nut), Maya Rudolph (Cynthia Utrom), and Giancarlo Esposito (Baxter Stockman).
