So, the Pikachu-themed Razer wireless earbuds were certainly an eye-grabber for Pokémon fans when they were first announced this week. However, it looks as though GameFreak has plans to one-up that.
Enter the Pikachu and Jigglypuff-themed wireless earbuds, both of which will be sold exclusively at the Pokémon Store South Korea.
Both sets of earbuds feature each pocket monster nestled atop a similarly-covered case (yellow for Pikachu and pink for Jigglypuff). Opening up the case reveals a pair of white earbuds that sport Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity, and some water resistance. They also support voice assistants such as Siri and Google Assistant, though the extent of which remains to be seen.
If anything, they’re really all about the cuteness factor, and will certainly turn quite a few heads when you pop them out from the cases.
The Pikachu and Jigglypuff wireless earbuds will launch on 6 May, and will retail for 68.000 won (US$55.45) each. Pre-orders are now available, and those who pre-order by 28 April will get a special pouch with which to keep the earbuds of your choice in (below).

Forgive him in advance if he suddenly blurts out terms such as “Mind Flayer” and “Magic Missile”, because never once does he stop thinking about his next Dungeons & Dragons game.
