Transformers and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles star Megan Fox is back, and this time as a battle-hardened mercenary determined to get her troupe to safety following a rescue mission gone awry.
In MJ Bassett’s action film Rogue, we follow Samantha O’Hara, played by Fox, and a small mercenary unit of soldiers who have been tasked by the governer to rescue his kidnapped daughter. Only the mission is compromised and the extraction goes wrong, leaving the unit stranded in Africa and on the run from the bad guys.
Seeking refuge, they come across a farm that they learned used to be a poacher’s stronghold and quickly realise that there are ravenous escaped lions on the loose. With no ammunition, the unit will have to do their best to survive against not only the bad guys, but also the hungry lions, before extraction arrives.
