Turns Out Sacha Baron Cohen Was THAT Trump Impersonator In New Borat Movie On Amazon Prime Video

Remember that one time when a man posing as Donald Trump gatecrashed US Vice President Mike Pence at a rally earlier this year? As it turns out, it was Sacha Baron Cohen under that beautifully ugly getup, as part of his new Borat mockumentary film.

The sequel, aptly titled Borat Subsequent Moviefilm: Delivery of Produgious Bribe to American Regime for Make Benefit Once Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, is coming to Amazon Prime Video on 23 October.

Cohen once again adopts the satirical moniker of the iconic (fake) presenter from Kazakhstan, Borat, as he travels once again to the U.S. of A. for more unusually comedic adventures, criticising America and its dealings with the current global pandemic and the local political landscape.

While the sequel yet again aims to discuss controversial issues via the lens of the affable-yet-oblivious Borat, one of the more memorable moments (in the trailer, at least), is him dressing up as Trump and storming into the middle of a Mike Pence speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) back in February.

Back then, folks (especially those that waved the Trump banner) were furious, but looking back, Cohen sure does know how to stir a crowd as the fictional Kazakh.

In any case, Borat Subsequent Moviefilm looks like it wants to top the achievements of the first when it drops on Amazon Prime Video on 23 October.
