Here’s another reason to get hyped for Cyberpunk 2077: Cyberpunk 2077 sneakers.
After limited-edition Xbox One Xs, Xbox One controllers, Secretlab chairs, and even Seagate portable game drives, it looks as though CD Projekt Red is going all out with its promotional campaign for its latest dystopian video game, this time with iconic sportswear brand Adidas. Courtesy of @solebyjc on Instagram, we have our first looks at the upcoming Adidas X9000L4 Boost “Cyberpunk 2077”.
This silhouette just screams Cyberpunk 2077. It features an all-black colourway both on the upper, and the midsole and outsole, with hits of neon purple near the forefoot, heel counter, and the outsole. Arguably the most striking feature is the midsole that spells out the game’s logo on the side of the black Boost midsole.
A little more yellow can be seen on the code-style art heels, a homage to the game’s main character, V. Rounding off the design is some gold overlays on the Three Stripes and the Adidas logo on the tongue (which also seems to sport a holographic logo of the game too).
Though Adidas has yet to officially unveil the Adidas X9000L4 Boost “Cyberpunk 2077”, it’s already looking like the perfect incarnation of Night City on your feet, and will surely turn some heads should you manage to cop a pair for yourself.
Cyberpunk 2077 launches on 19 November for PC, PS4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia.
