4 February 2020 will mark the 20th anniversary of EA’s life simulation video game The Sims™. The game had players creating virtual characters called Sims who they’ll place in houses and help to direct their lives, from their careers to relationships and even families.
Since its release, The Sims series has gone on to create four more sequels, and numerous other game expansions. The Sims franchise has surpassed $5 billion in lifetime sales worldwide to date, making it one of the best-selling video game series of all time.
Even now, 20 years later, EA is still bringing us new content to help enrich our gaming experience.
With their newest Stuff Pack, Tiny Living, they have introduced to players small living building capabilities as well as multifunctional furniture to help you build the small, cozy home of your dreams.
With the Tiny Living Stuff Pack , it’s all about saving space as it comes with various furniture that are both functional and beautiful to look at, such as the Murphy Bed which can be folded and kept into your wall, tuning into a beautifully decorated piece of wall decoration and your guests are all be none the wiser.
Houses also receive unique benefits and bonuses such as bill reduction, relationship boosts, and comfort bonuses. Which is all dependent on how small and cozy you have built your house to be.
This Pack also includes new clothing items that match the comfortable vibe and are perfect for nights spent sitting in front of your fireplace… if you choose to build a home with one.
The Tiny Living Stuff Pack is out now on PC and Mac, and on 4 February for the Xbox One and PlayStation 4.
Alongside the new Pack, support for Simplified Chinese has been added to The Sims™ 4, including all Expansions, Game, and Stuff Packs for PC and Mac. This helps expand the game’s language support for fans across the world.
There is also a new item that came out now in celebration of the franchise’s anniversary in a free update Birthday Hot Tub.
