The Justice League Snyder Cut Is A Staggering 3.5 Hours

#ReleaseTheSnyderCut just got a lot more popular.

The recent brouhaha concerning the original cut of 2017’s Justice League by Zack Snyder has been spreading like wildfire over the past few weeks, and for good reason. Even the main cast of the flagship DCEU movie voicing their adamant desire to have the Snyder Cut to be released officially.

Aside from Snyder teasing the Internet official images of the Snyder Cut, he also teased just how much content fans might be missing out on if it isn’t released.

On his Vero account, Snyder posted a curious image of film canisters of the Snyder Cut, after weeks of fans constantly doubting whether the Snyder Cut was even a thing.

Squint your eyes a little and you’ll be able to spot the massive 214 minutes (3 hours and 34 minutes) that’s on the label. It’s not hard to miss.

This is nearly double the length of the original, which ran for only 120 minutes / 2 hours. It’s also even longer than Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame (181 minutes), and even the extended cut of Peter Jackson’s The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (208 minutes), just for comparison.

The additional 94 minutes of Justice League will no doubt make mouths water even more for the Snyder Cut to be released, the status of which is still up in the air.
