Singapore First To Release Brand New Ultra-Thin ASUS ZenBook 14

It seems ASUS is on a roll right now with ultra-thin and super-light laptops, there was the ExpertBook B9450 with its long-lasting battery and now they have released the ZenBook 14 weighs just 1.17kg and comes in a 13.9mm thin chassis.

However, unlike other laptops which only offer a measly number of I/O ports on their ultra-thin notebooks, the ZenBook 14 comes with a rather comprehensive array of ports. This includes an HDMI port, a USB-Type A port, two Thunderbolt 3 USB-C port, and a microSD card reader. So there is no need for you to carry around an extra dongle just to stay connected.

The ZenBook 14 also supports the new ASUS USB-C Easy Charge feature which allows users to charge their notebook with any USB-C Power Delivery-certified charger, such as the 65-watt charger provided by ASUS or even portable chargers and power banks. This ensures that you are never caught without battery on your ZenBook 14 even on long travels.

What’s even better is that according to ASUS, the ZenBook 14 is able to last an impressive 22 hours on a single full charge. Meaning you won’t need to carry the charger with you when you are on the go, and even if you do need to charge it, you always can do so with a portable charger.

Aside from its wide array of ports, the ZenBook 14 also features a 14-inch Full HD (1920 x 1080) NanoEdge display with slim bezels that gives the notebook a screen to body ratio of 90%. As with other laptops recently released by ASUS, the ZenBook 14 will also feature its proprietary ErgoLift hinge which automatically tilts the keyboard up to not only allow more maximum airflow below the laptop, but also to give users a more comfortable typing angle.

The trackpad on the ZenBook 14 also doubles up as a NumberPad, a feature which can be easily toggled on or off with a simple tap of the icon on the top right of the trackpad.

Powering all of this is the latest 10th-gen Intel Core processors, customers can select up to the Core i7 series processor for their ZenBook 14. It is paired with 8GB worth of RAM to ensure you are able to multi-task on the laptop efficiently without any lag.

Good news to Singaporeans wishing to purchase the ASUS ZenBook 14 as Singapore will be the first country worldwide to release the laptop. It will be sold for S$1,398 and will be available on ASUS’ online store, and all authorised resellers.
