From the director of 2022’s Prey, comes our first teaser look at Predator: Badlands. It’s like watching a Dark Horse comic come to life! Though the teenage Predator’s new hairline could take some getting used to, and it looks like the film is going with CGI for the Predator’s face, as opposed to using prosthetics.
Also, fans of the Alien franchise will want to keep their eyes peeled to the 25-second mark of the teaser trailer, could it be a Weyland-Yutani synthetic? As can be seen by the Weyland-Yutani logo on both her eyes. And also, at the 53-second mark, there’s also a Weyland-Yutani logo printed on the side of the vehicle wreckage (see below). Will we perhaps have a Xenomorph cameo in the film? Or perhaps a post-credit scene that leads into the next AvP (Aliens vs. Predator) movie?

Predator: Badlands stars Elle Fanning and Dimitrius Schuster-Koloamatangi, is set in the future on a remote planet, where a young Predator (Schuster-Koloamatangi), outcast from his clan, finds an unlikely ally in Thia (Fanning) and embarks on a treacherous journey in search of the ultimate adversary. The film is directed by Dan Trachtenberg and produced by John Davis, Dan Trachtenberg, Marc Toberoff, Ben Rosenblatt, Brent O’Connor.
Predator: Badlands will arrive in theatres on 7 November 2025.
