With February 15 2019 being the official release date for Metro: Exodus, it’s also pertinent to note that pre-orders for it are underway as well.
As detailed on the official website, who pre-ordered physical copies of the game will receive an exclusive poster called “The Creatures of Metro Exodus”.
The Creatures of Metro Exodus is a panoramic poster that showcases the range of mutants that the crew of the Aurora will encounter as they forge across post-apocalyptic Russia. It will be included in all first-run physical copies of Metro Exodus, in both Standard and Aurora Limited Editions. If you have already pre-ordered a physical copy from any retailer, there’s no need to change your order – the poster will be automatically included!
For those who already pre-ordered copies of Metro: Exodus prior to this announcement, fret not, because the poster will automatically be included in it!
Other pre-order bonuses of the game include:
- All Xbox One pre-orders, physical or digital include a copy of Metro 2033 Redux – the first game in the Metro saga, remastered for the Xbox One
- All PlayStation 4 pre-orders, physical or digital, include a stunning Dynamic Theme based on the Metro Exodus ‘Winter’ artwork
- All physical PC pre-orders and Steam pre-orders include a digital art book and the Metro Exodus OST
In case you missed it, there’s also the Xbox One-exclusive Metro Saga Bundle, which includes a Metro: Exodus-themed Xbox One, along with the first two games in the franchise, Metro 2033 Redux and Metro: Last Light Redux, remastered with current-gen graphics.
Metro: Exodus officially releases on February 15 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.

Forgive him in advance if he suddenly blurts out terms such as “Mind Flayer” and “Magic Missile”, because never once does he stop thinking about his next Dungeons & Dragons game.
