Mark Hamill Dispenses Valuable Knowledge In ‘Star Wars Jedi: Survivor’ Ad

With Star Wars Jedi: Survivor launching really soon, players are understandably excited about the next adventure of Jedi Knight Cal Kestis. However, they are not the only ones. It seems that Luke Skywalker himself, Mark Hamill, is also part of the party, appearing in an ad for Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and sharing some advice on how to be a Jedi.

In the ad, Hamill is helping lead Cameron Monaghan with the ways of being a Jedi, including how to do a Mind Trick, how to fight against a Wampa while upside down, and even sharing the timely reminder that a lightsaber is no baseball.

On the flip side, Monaghan gets his own time to shine while reminding Hamill that he never got two lightsabers, and even teaching the old master how to use the Force while playing Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. While it may not hit with the general audience, such an approach will only delight fans that have been waiting a long time for the sequel.

Launching globally on 28 April, the Respawn Entertainment and EA game follows up on the narrative laid down by Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order in 2019, following Kestis on an action adventure that will take him and his allies across planets in search of sanctuary from the Empire. Set five years after the first game, which takes place about a decade after Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, we know that Skywalker is still alive, and while he may not be in the game, his knowledge is still worth knowing.

And hey, the ad gave us the coming together of two Jedi and two Jokers, who knew they could co-exist in such harmonious fashion?
