For those who have finished playing Supermassive Games‘ newly released Man of Medan and are still looking for another interactive game to scratch their horror itch can look forward to the next game in the Dark Pictures Anthology series, Little Hope.
Set to arrive sometime in 2020, Little Hope comes from the same developer as both Man of Medan, Hidden Agenda, and Until Dawn, another highly popular interactive horror game where every action you take can affect the outcome of the game.
At the end of the credits for Man of Medan, a short teaser trailer for Little Hope was shown. While the trailer does not reveal much, we still get a rough sense of what will happen in the game. In one word, it’s basically ‘creepy’. From the creepy girl dancing around a bonfire to her equally creepy looking doll, the trailer is just one big creep-fest.
Then there is the mysterious monster that attacks someone named Angela, who calls out to our protagonist Andrew (Will Poulter) for help. Horror fans might remember him from Ari Aster’s latest horror film, Midsommar.
Not much else is known about Little Hope but for now it certainly looks promising for fans of traditional horror tropes.
Little Hope is set to release sometime in 2020 on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
