HONOR has announced the launch of its HONOR Magic7 Pro smartphone in Singapore, featuring AI capabilities like Deepfake Detection, MagicOS 9.0 and an AI-enhanced camera, alongside the Porsche Edition Magic7 RSR, a premium design inspired by the iconic sports car.
With its AI-powered MagicOS 9.0, the Magic7 Pro integrates AI into everyday tasks, such as the Magic Portal app, which enables text and image comprehension of desired objects on a user’s screen, allowing for seamless directing to supported third-party apps. The phone also features AI translation for up to 14 languages which can be done in real-time, alongside HONOR notes, which supports the AI Summary feature to analyse and outline a user’s notes.
The security, the HONOR Magic7 series will also be the industry’s first commercial device that integrates on-device AI Deepfake Detection technology, which makes use of advanced algorithms to analyse content and identify forms of manipulation, protecting users from potential deepfake scams and ensuring their online safety.
AI is also integrated into the phone’s photography functionality, as it comes equipped with the HONOR AI Falcon Camera System and its AI image engine, supplementing its 50MP main camera with tools such as AI Enhanced Portrait, AI Super Zoom and AI Motion Sensing Capture, elevating the photo taking experience to the next level.
When it comes to performance, the Magic7 Pro takes things up a notch with its Qualcomm Oryon CPU and Adreno GPU, making use of two industry-first technologies, AI Real-Time Rendering and AI Predictive Scheduling Engine, to deliver responsive gameplay coupled with stable frame rates. To supplement its power and performance, the Magic7 Pro also packs a 5850mAh 6 Third-generation Silicon-carbon Battery, providing reliable power at low temperatures while supporting fast recharging for minimum gameplay downtime.
For an added premium touch, HONOR and Porsche Design have teamed up to introduce the Porsche Design HONOR Magic7 RSR, a luxury device inspired by the premium sports car. The phone features a hexagonal camera module which takes inspiration from the aerodynamic lines of the Taycan Turbo S and imaging units that resemble Porsche’s four-point headlight design, offering a premium blend of sporty elegance and functionality.
Pre-orders for the HONOR Magic7 Pro are available now, priced at S$1,399 (12GB+512GB) or S$1,699 (16GB+1TB), and will run from now till 16 January 2025 at the HONOR Experience Store at Causeway Point, or other authorized dealers and online marketplaces. The HONOR Magic7 Pro will be available from 17 January 2025.
The Porsche Design HONOR Magic7 RSR will be available from 24 January 2025 and will be priced at S$2,199. More information can be found on the HONOR online store.
