miHoYo is one of the free-to-play mobile game juggernauts. They are the company behind the global sensation, Genshin Impact, and the hugely popular Honkai Impact 3. miHoYo’s games have always been known for their gorgeous anime aesthetics, and this new upcoming game, Honkai: Star Rail, is no exception.
If miHoYo’s track record is any indication, Honkai: Star Rail will likely also be a free-to-play mobile offering that is easy to pick up, and highly accessible.
The closed beta sign-up for this new game commences on 8 October 2021, and while there isn’t much information about the game as of now, the art of a galactic train blasting off into space suggests that outer space could be featured quite heavily as a setting and backdrop in the game.
Fans will definitely be excited to play as or with the characters, both familiar and new.
