After numerous delays, it seems we will finally be able to catch The New Mutants in theatres on 27 August 2020.

The New Mutants is an upcoming superhero horror film and follows a group of young mutants held in an isolated hospital against their will for psychiatric monitoring. When strange events start to take place, these young mutants must fight to save to escape not only their past sins but also themselves.

The film stars several notable actors, including Game of Thrones’ Maisie Williams who plays Rahne Sinclair, Stranger Things’ Charlie Heaton who plays Sam Guthrie, and Anya Taylor-Joy who starred in 2016’s psychological horror film Split, who plays Illyana Rasputin. Joining them are fellow actors Alice Braga, Blu Hunt, Henry Zaga who plays Cecilia Reyes, Danielle Moonstar, and Roberto de Costa respectively.
