The film follows the exploits of Ryo Saeba, a “sweeper” notorious for chasing after beautiful women, and a private detective who works to rid crime in Tokyo’s Shinjuku ward Accompanying him is the younger sister of his ex-partner, Kaori Makimura. Their latest client is named Ai Shindo, a model who’s being attacked by mysterious people and, unbeknownst to her, holds the key to a vast city-wide conspiracy.
