First 4 Figures continues to churn out amazing Nintendo licensed collectibles and their latest is none other than popular Bounty Hunter, Samus Aran’s Metroid Prime helmet. Measuring in at 19 inches (49cm) tall and weighing in at 9.6kg, this means the life-size resin replica is not wearable (sorry folks), but it does look absolutely amazing with the display stand.
Based on the Varia Suit, which is the default armor Samus Aran starts with in Metroid Prime. The helmet replica has a shiny and metallic finish to it, just like in the game. The display stand and base is designed to replicate the Save Stations from the game, which is a nice touch that’s sure to entice fans further.
The Exclusive Edition of the helmet comes with LED functionality for the visor of the helmet and the dots around the base. The mount on the base where the helmet rests can also be manually rotated via a turntable mount.
Pre-orders have already started at First 4 Figure’s website and there are two versions available, at the same price (excluding tax and shipping):
