Demon’s Souls Is A PlayStation 5-Exclusive Launch Title

Though most folks would have been awestruck at the prospect of the likes of God of War: Ragnarok and Final Fantasy XVI coming to the PlayStation 5, we imagine those video game juggernauts won’t be coming to Sony’s new console at launch on 12 November. But you know what will, though? Bluepoint Games’ remake of the legendary Demon’s Souls.

This was first unveiled by The Game Awards host and executive producer Geoff Keighley, who posted the news on his social media. Not long after, it was confirmed by ex-president of PlayStation Worldwide Studios, Shuhei Yoshida, complete with the launch price of US$69.99.

Yup, you heard it from the man himself; fans of the iconic action-RPG by FromSoftware from 2009 will get to relive it once more in a complete visual and technical overhaul on 12 November in select regions, and 19 November for the rest of the world!

Despite previously being touted to come to the PC, Sony has confirmed that Demon’s Souls will be a PS5 exclusive. Sorry, PC folks, but Boletaria remains in one realm and one realm alone.
