Jabra has just announced its newest true wireless earbuds that will be heading to Singapore, the Elite 85t. These pair of wireless earbuds come with Jabra’s newest Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) chip that works to silence background noise efficiently and effectively.
Users will be able to control the level of Active Noise Cancellation in the earbuds through Jabra’s Sound+ app. With the app, users can select from five different levels to find their ideal setting for the amount of background noise they’d like to block and the amount of sound they’d like to hear using the HearThrough function.
With the advanced ANC chip and HearThrough features, users will be able to seamlessly transition between places with different background noise levels. Such as from a quiet cafe to a noisy street where it is important to have HearThrough on so you’ll be aware of oncoming traffic.
The Elite 85t comes with a 6-mic technology to help improve user’s ANC experience, with two microphones on the outside to detect and cancel noise from outside the ear, and a microphone on the inside to do the same for noises inside the ear.
It also comes with 12mm speakers to allow the earbuds to produce deep, sonorous bass whilst still being able to provide comfort to its users with a semi-open design with natural hear through, and oval-shaped ear gels that help to provide a better seal in the ear.
The Elite 85t earbuds also come with an IPX-4 rating for dust and water resistance. With ANC on, it can last for 5.5 hours on a single charge and up to 25 hours with a charging case, and with ANC off, it can last for 7 hours on a single charge, and up to 31 hours with ANC off. It is also Qi-certified, meaning the Elite 85t can be charged with all compatible Qi-certified chargers.
The Jabra Elite 85t will be available in Titanium Black in all authorised Jabra retailers from 19 November 2020, and will be retailing for S$348. The Elite 85t in Gold Beige, Grey, and Copper Black (Amazon exclusive) will be available in early 2021.
The first 200 customers who purchase the Elite 85t from 19 November will get to redeem a free S$30 Capitaland voucher. You will be required to bring your NRIC and proof of purchase to the Mojito Redemption Centre in Plaza Singapore to redeem the voucher.
