The avocado hype shows no signs of slowing down and Burger King has jumped on the bandwagon with their new Starbuys menu. They have just created a variety of avocado-banana treats that combine the sweetness of bananas with the buttery smooth textures of avocados.
First up is the simple Avocado Banana Cone (S$1.20), which is exactly how it sounds, a heaping portion of creamy avocado banana soft serve on a crispy cone. Next is the Avocado Banana Sundae (S$2.50) which comes drizzled with either chocolate or strawberry fudge, the perfect way to cool down in Singapore’s scorching heat.
Lastly, customers can quench their thirst with a Fruity Float (S$2.30) which is a swirl of avocado banana soft serve floating atop a tall glass of Minute Maid Orange Fruit Drink, Coca-Cola or Fanta Grape.
If you need a break from all this avocado talk, maybe you would prefer to try out the delectable golden-brown Korean-Style fried Bulgogi Chicken (S$2.80)! Treat yourself, add it on to your meal or get it as your midday snack.
